- Acquiring new corporate agents and brokers for the assigned zone to increase market share and drive profitability
- Responsible for driving new premium generation and renewal collections across assigned geographies through deepening relationships
- Handling escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers and ensuring a prompt response
- Assist and train partners for new and existing products through periodical training interventions and joint field calls
- Timely tracking the sales performance through various organizational metrics and MIS to ensure business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance
- Engage and coordinate with various cross functional teams for seamless service deliveries.
Salary offered: 12-14LPA
