Area Head - Operations (Experience in Handling Multiple outlets/QSR/Hotels) - Participate in long term organisational strategy creation and planning, quarterly and annual. - Assist with financial oversight of the organisation as a whole - Must have experience handling operations of multiple outlets. - Must have 10 years of experience in supervisory role - Well versed with Hyderabad / South India. - Recruit and train the team on company standards and process. - 100% implementation of SOP - Maintain strict Health, Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene and Security protocols - Assist Regional Head in creation of budgets and conducting actual vs. budget analysis - Involve and Train the Team in Budgeting and P & L exercise and Analysis - Develop and maintain relevant high-level partnerships and collaborations to build a pipeline of partners for Alliances leading to exceptional level of Customer Engagement and generate Additional Sales Revenue. - Closely Monitor Sales trackers and mentor the Team to ensure Contract renewals, price escalation and client expansion as per Business Plan
