1. Create a database of target Investors and Institutional distributors to set-up a CRM system for higher penetration level in the targeted base. Initiate, nurture and build on alliances with institutional distributors.
2. Create a system for centralized contact with the target database through
a. Direct mailing
b. Outbound calling
c. Scheduling appointments and
d. Coordination with Distributors
3. Manage the Product (Distributor Commission ) and Channel profitability
4. Co-ordinate with Business Head-Distribution (Zonal Head + Regional Head)-Fund Manager along with distribution and investors to obtain market feedback for devising sales and product initiatives
5. Execute sales initiatives in co-ordination with Head - Institutional Sales
