Area Head - Commercial Vehicle Finance Product

Job Description:-

1. Build a high performing team by hiring, on-boarding, nurturing and enabling performance of team members.

2. Set and achieve high performance goals for various vehicle finance products (both in terms of numbers and value) through the branches.

3. Ensure that the quality of loans sourced and disbursed are of the highest quality for the customer segment through continual inputs, systems and support to the branch teams.

3. Build a high quality loan portfolio through continuous monitoring and follow-up of receivables (Soft Bucket and Hard Bucket) so as to ensure that the loan portfolio meets the defined parameters.

4. Support the branch sales team to achieve their monthly objectives (Sales Officer productivity, lead generation, branch productivity etc).

5. Ensure process compliance by the branches.

6. Pro-actively help generate leads for cross-sell products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag (wherever applicable)

8. Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.

9. Review Area MIS & other reports and take necessary corrective and preventive action.

10. Identify potential markets for expansion as per the organization's business plans.
