The company has an annual revenue of USD 518$ and has a valuation of USD1.5B$ - The company is expanding their operations in Punjab and hence there are multiple openings across Punjab. - The role would be handling entire city, nearby districts, and radius of 70+ kms. The Kirana stores in small villages having population of 2k to 50k is the main focus. The MONTHLY turn over will be approx. 20 crs+ as it is dealing with multiple SKU's/Products of 25+ top FMCG companies. - This is a people manager role ..3-4 City Managers will report to you, each city manager will have 12-15 executives/Sr. Executives/TLs under them. Key Responsibilities : - Directly responsible for achieving the revenue targets for the territory - Work with senior management in defining sales strategy and work on the execution plan based on the defined strategy - Build, Lead and manage the Sales team for achievement of sales targets and reach as per the plan - Build a network of partners to supply FMCG goods and commodities to retail stores in his/her state in both rural and semi urban areas - Manage the performance of the sales team by assigning them periodic targets - Conduct Periodic review on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and on Experience : 7 to 15 years Annual CTC : Rupees 11,00,000 to 20,00,000
