- Responsible for achievement of the sales budget for the area under his control.

- Responsible for market intelligence and tracking market trends.

- Exploring new products, ideas and providing constant feedback on performance of our performance of our products in the market.

- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations

- Helping team in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders.

- Fulltime MBA with post qualification of more than 1 yr of experience in sales. Premier ‘B schools’ and Top Universities
