- Analyzing Credit history of Borrower.

- Candidate should have experience in credit underwriting in Affordable Housing.

- To Check the Property Documents as well as KYC Documents and to follow the rules for the login.

- Personal Discussion with Borrower in Business, Office and Residence.

- Giving decision on the Basis of Personal Discussion and Other Credit Parameters.

- Assess the Borrower on Basis of Personal Discussion and Other Financial Aspects Such as Financial Ratio, Financial Statement, GST, Banking and CAM.

- Normal Ticket Size is 5 Lakhs to 1 Crore.

- Recommending the Soft Approval Mail to ZCH with the Cash Flow, and Personal Discussion.
