JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Manage a Team of 7 to 10 Credit Analyst/ Sr. Credit Analyst
2) Quality of Appraisal:
a) Make prudent business decisions based on internal credit policy guidelines to approve or deny the extension of credit within established credit authority.
b) Analyzes financial statements, collateral, debt service, personal financial statements & personal cash flow, as applicable to the size and complexity of the commercial transaction.
c) Strategizes & sees through the policy/ industry / market changes & implements the same in underwriting decisions
d) Leads personal discussions with clients for underwriting loans for Mid-Market when required.
3) Productivity and TAT:
a) The analyst while maintain the quality of appraisal has to ensure 5 to 10 cases of Mid-Market per month.
b) RBA ensure that 80% of the team achieves the desired target.
c) Ensure no infant delinquency in the cases appraised by their team.
4) Approval Ratio:
a) Deliberates discussion with Risk and Approving Authorities representing Business view of the case.
b) Responsible to ensure that the approval ratios across both the business is in excess of 80%.
