Area Collections Manager / Collections Manager - Mortgage / Housing Loans / Consumer Durable loans

- We are looking for individuals for the role of Collection Manager who can plan, organize, direct and oversee the activities of the Collections Department, while managing the agencies associated with the company in their assigned territory.

- The candidate in this role will be responsible for the efficiency and optimization of retrieving the EMI from the customers, and simultaneously will need to comply with all the guidelines laid out by the company.

- He/she must have knowledge and expertise on the varied industries to which the customers belong.

- He/she must also be proficient in cost-benefit analysis in order to establish the credit worthiness of the customers. An adequate knowledge in the field of finance is also a requirement.

Requisite Qualification :

- Graduate or MBA

- 3 or more years of experience in collections
