Area Collection Manager - Unsecured Personal Loans/Credit Cards

Job Description :

- We are looking for a hands-on & analytical collections manager to setup and lead the Bangalore collections team

- Manage end-to-end collections for the unsecured personal loans in your assigned area

- Responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of loans collection strategies

- Analysing the delinquency reports and monitoring the trends in collections by referring to concerned areas & profile patterns and feedback

- Building a robust collection team - both in-house and 3rd party workforce

- Managing subordinate staff (collection agents) in the day-to-day performance of their jobs

- Following-up of OD/initiating recovery steps till logical conclusion

- Actively monitor bucket inefficiencies and suggest recommendations to improve the collection strategy

- Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.

- Publish key management information and collection scorecards on a regular basis to support business direction

- Audit, review & document collections policies, strategies & practices

- Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.

Following are some of the attributes we are looking for :

- Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs is a must

- Collections experience in retail unsecured loans/credit cards is a must
