Collections Optimization:

- Devise and execute collection strategies to optimize recovery rates and reduce losses.

- Conduct regular reviews of collection processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline collection procedures and enhance overall effectiveness.

Customer Engagement:

- Liaise with customers to understand their financial circumstances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements.

- Provide assistance and guidance to customers experiencing financial difficulties, aiming to resolve issues and prevent further delinquency.
