Designation : Area Sales Manager

Location : Nagpur

Key Responsibilities :

Leading a team of Area Sales Executives, Sales Officers and Sales promoters.

- Responsible for Sales & Distribution targets for Wipro Consumer Lighting Nagpur branch & rest of Maharashtra.

- Develop business activities through expansion and management of Distribution network in the specified geography.

- Planning special Secondary focused activities and Trade schemes by performing competition analysis in terms of prices, types of product and product advantage factors

- Developing ideal mix of authorized dealers and distributors to enhance overall business in the town

- Establish an efficient & sustainable S&D mechanism for continuous productivity improvement.

- Considerable liaison with influencers like Interior designers, Architects & Electricians etc. to generate demand or pull for brands & new products; get feedback & suggestions.

- Enforcing and ensuring implementations of Systems, Policies & financial discipline throughout the channel to facilitate S&D function.

- SKU wise product forecasting for regular and seasonal products

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBAs - Marketing (Top B Schools) with strong sales background with an experience of 1 to 5 yrs

- The candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, analytical & presentation skills.

- Prior experience in Consumer care / Personal Care products is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

- Strong analytical ability
