Area Business Manager - Working Capital - Bank

Urgently Opening for Area business Manager - (WorkingCapital/Term Loan) with Leading Bank.

Location : Mysore / Dharwad

- Oversee a group of Acquisition Managers in order to locate NTB clients in the Agri-SME sector.

- A good understanding of the relevant area and the capacity to assemble a team of capable individuals fast.

- To comprehend clients' business models, have a passable grasp of financial statements, and locate viable non-tangible business chances for term loan facilities and working capital (fund-and non-fund-based) in the agricultural, food processing, and MSME industries.

- Sell liability and other third-party products to recently onboarded clients through cross-selling.

- Collaborate closely with the legal, technical, RCAD, and GR/GTS teams, as well as the credit and risk functions, to ensure efficient customer onboarding and risk management.

- To work together with internal bank channels and provide open market sourcing through financial consultants, DMAs, and CAs. Capacity to create networks and channels in a range of business sectors through associations, trade associations, warehouse managers, etc.

- Boost productivity by keeping an eye on and suggesting process improvements based on market trends and actual conditions.
