KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage the P&L of multiple outlets
- Ensure stores achieve target allocated on a monthly basis.
- Achieve higher impact across area through Local Sales & Marketing initiatives.
- Understand the patch, compete and customer patterns to explore opportunities for maximizing sales.
- Consistently apply a structured approach to solve problems backed by data and analysis.
- Leverage reports and data to create meaningful business insights.
- Realise business development opportunities outside the store.
- Create additional sales channels to boost revenues.
