Urgent Opening with a leading client into Payment Industry

Role: Area Business Manager

Experience: 6+ Years (Preferably from FMCG or Payment Industry)

Locations: Ahmedabad/Guwahati/Ranchi/Kolkata/Delhi/Dehradun/Gorakhpur/Hyderabad/Vijayawada/Hubli/Cochin/Surat/Bhopal/Indore/Indiabulls/Pune/Nasik

Job Description:

ABM is overall responsible for Top Line, Distribution and Focus more on VAS selling,developing interpersonal relationship with top carded outlets and utilizing his relationship to enhance transaction at his Area.

Top Line/ Distribution:

- He has to ensure top line achievement of all the categories on monthly basis on his area.

- He has to also ensure all his Team is meeting targets for all the categories of company

- Forecasting of MPOS looking into the lead time of physical installation and ensure Zero OOS.

- He has to ensure for all his Team is meeting the distribution numbers on time

- Overall responsible for RTM of his Area - Channel specific and Product Specific

Relationship Management:

- He has to have high level of engagement with all the major stake holders like, Top Merchants, Institutions in his Area

- He has to also maintain the high level of engagement with all the distributors in his Area.

- He has to have review of the market with all the distributors at least once in a Month.

- A+ Carded Outlet would be directly handled by ABM.

Administrative:

- All the enrolled forms are checked and verified by Area Business Manager before he sends it .

- He has to train all his team how to fill these forms with all the required KYC

- Ensure all the data requires from State Office are furnished on time

- Daily/ Weekly / Monthly reports are review and take corrective action ASAP

Training and Development:

- He has to identify and suggest the required training to his team members

- Team engagement program

Coordination with Marketing:

- ABM has to identify and suggest various BTL activities required for Market.

- He has to closely work with Zonal / State Marketing team to execute all the planned BTL activities.

- Guide his Team to implement BTL Activities.
