Area Business Manager - Medical Devices & Equipment

JD :

1. Responsible for achieving total primary sales-product-wise & businesswise (cronic and acute renal care buisness which include dialysis machine,crrt machine, hdf machine, and its consumable dialyser, blood tubing, crrt kit) & peritoneal dialysis as well

2. Handing Team (Working as Front Line Manager)try to develop Skills and knowledge of sales team to furthermore outcome.

3. Tap on hygiene on Sales data month on month (Sales Data, Market data)

4. Setting expectation with Team monthly, yearly with each team member

5. Develop their KRA (Goal sheet) Yearly and monitor half yearly.

6. Taking monthly sales meeting to show success and improvement points for rest of year.

7. Being Equipment based company we have to be service oriented and centric with the help of Service Engineer. I have dotted line reporting of Engineers as well.

8. Handling Agreements with Hospitals, Agreements of service done with Hospital for many years. Liaising with CFA

9. Consistently working on the improvement of sales force effectiveness

10. Maintaining transparent communication within the team; coordination with the Zonal Manager Sales.

11. Identifying opportunities and taking initiatives for developing new Hospital by giving them knowledge about Renal Care Industry and its growth day by day. Matrix of Dialysis Business with direct and indirect topline & bottom-line profit to Hospital.

12. Key account development and institutional business development with comprehensive approach by knowing the need and area of improvement.

13. Involving key customers to conduct scientific programs, CMEs to develop the awareness about our new devices and concepts.
