Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition Mindset
- Experienced in on-boarding quality MSME's, in order to assist them with their loan requirements.
- Ability to generate and forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Onboard MSMEs customers on the Company's digital platform
- Chart own territory plan and undertake responsibility for market geography activities
- Generating and follow up leads for sales
- Identify and develop partnerships with relevant players/aggregators
- Acquire directly through online and offline
- Key Skills - Fast learner, ability to take on challenges, Understanding of financials, Customer centric approach
- Ability to work on various Application Softwares (LOS, CRM, Excel, Lead Management, Word etc.)
- A self-starter
- At least 7+ years of experience in selling products (unsecured) to/servicing MSMEs
- Extensive understanding of various channels for sales & distribution
- Must have experience in team handling role
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduate / Post Graduate/MBA Finance or Systems
