POSITION / DESIGNATION: Area Business Head - Direct Sales Team (DST)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
The GH DST has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target through his team Planning
- Build and lead successfully a team of BDMs.
- Guide BDMs in building the required sales funnel with productivity goals
- Execute Work Site Marketing in Corporates as per defined goals
Target Achievement :
- Identify opportunities of creating leads through campaigns, references and cold calls
- Help the BDM team in meeting desired number of prospects per day
- Supervise and share with management proper records on leads and follow up
- Drive and achieve sales targets
- Build profitable product portfolio
- Achieve agreed persistency targets
Distribution Efficiency :
- Productivity
- Revenue Generation
- Assist his team to become MDRT/ COT/TOT
Operational Efficiency :
- Implement sales & documentation process compliance.
- Drive FTR (First Time Right)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS QUALITATIVE :
- Achieve Lead Conversion Target as per defined KPI goals
- Achieve F2F Daily Client Meeting Target as per defined KPI goals
- Comply with defined standards for Daily Sales & Activity Management through Actify.
- Achieving sales targets
- Maintain persistency
- Keep the product mix
QUANTITATIVE :
- Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Targets
PREFERRED CREDENTIALS :
WORK EXPERIENCE :
5-10 years In Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG / NBFC / Pharma Sales
QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA from institute of repute
AGE: Up to 40 years
