Area Business Head - BFSI

Responsibilities :

- Develop and generate business for the state

- Track performance of team and initiate corrective action where required

- Ensure collection of Pre - EMI and Regular EMI

- Ensure TAT for disbursement

- Visit property (sites) and ensure that the constructions are happening as per schedule

- Ensure smooth coordination with Legal, Credit and Technical team

- Ensure conducting of marketing initiatives of the organization

- Channel management & development like - Identification of field staff, Training, Grievance handling, Motivation,Guidance

- Monitor collection performance at the profit centers

- Guide the sales team to complete the files as per guidelines

- Complete control of NPA and overdue cases sourced by team and their overall reduction to minimum

- Assess, train & keep track of team's capabilities w.r.t. selling techniques, understanding of business processes &credit parameters

Customer service - Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis,monitoring and redressing customer grievances and finding solutions for the chronic issues
