Area Agency Manager - General Insurance

Our client is one of the leading co. in General Insurance sector. They are looking for candidates for Area Agency Manager for Lower Parel Area.To Head Agency Channel in the Area Assigned and achieve sales target with team of the CDMs / Agents.

Below mentioned are the details required for the profile:

Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

SALARY- Open from 8 - 10 lacs + Variables

Location -: Mumbai (Lower Parrel)

Responsibilities:

a) To Head Agency Channel in the Area Assigned

b) Responsible for the 100% sales target achievement of the CDMs and Agents who report into this position

c) Recruitment of agents & ensuring quality of agents come into system through the CDMs

d) Responsible for ensuring quality of applications, 85%retention

e) Maintain a steady steam of new agents coming in which will contribute to 7% of business in that area in year

f) Expanding the Area business by expansion of the channel

Reports to: Manager – Area Vertical; Agency Operations
