- Responsible for leading Rewards & Inclusion for a Biopharma & Vaccine Manufacturing Company based at Bangalore leading people practices.

- Experience in designing annual incentive plan linking organizational goals to individual scorecards using balance scorecard approach.

- Benchmarking people practices with relevant Industry best practices in Mfg / Pharma industry

- Design and implement compensation programs and structure for assigned markets.

Rewards Planning & Benchmarking:

- Conduct the annual job matching, market pricing of jobs and within assigned region, business unit and assigned job families;

- Applying job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates based on internal and external data. Develop,

- Update and implement competitive Benefits Plan across market to increase Talent attraction, engagement and retention

Experience : 12- 18 yrs with relevant C&B - Rewards experience in an MNC / Big 4 consulting firm

Qualification : MBA from premium Institute .
