- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of HR Tech Solutions / SuccessFactors solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field . Masters degree preferred.
- Should have experience in recruitment module and onboarding module.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Team Management and providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key SuccessFactors vendors and partners to ensure that the organization has access to the latest technologies and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SuccessFactors technologies and make recommendations for future investment
