- Functional decomposition, estimation techniques like (WBS, FP, Use case and their complexity level decision)

- Design pricnciples like ( OCP, SRP, LSP, ISP, IOC, AOP etc and clear understanding of implementation)

- Design patterns MVC, MVVM, MVP, Repository, GOF, GRASP, Provider, Enterprise library, CWAB, WCSF, WSSF

- Unity, Spring.Net, MEF, MAF, Service locator, Routing, Discovery, ESB, EAI, EDM, SAAS, PAAS, IAAS, Appfabric, Azure

- Development methods like Agile Scrum, XP,TDD, DDD, DSDM, Waterfall

- Performance optimization techniques and implementation

- Architectural parameters, principles, guidelines, best practices

- Functional and Non-Functional requirements

- Application and Database Security (STRIDE, DREAD, MSDL, TOGAF)

- SSL implementation

- Application Quality parameter and check lists

- Any problem, challenges from their existing application which they resoled

- Any specific solution they came up with solution ( Approach fro solution)

- What different tools they have used till now.

- Now technology related questions like ASP.NET,ASP.NET MVC, WCF, MSMQ, Threading, WPF, Silverlight, SQL Server etc.
