Architect - Oracle Retail - IT

We have an opportunity for a Architect-Oracle Retail for one of our MNC client in Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Job Description:

- The role Holder is expected to prepare road map for the competency/industry segment (Oracle Retail) in form of competitive service offerings.

- The role holder will be required to manage / Build a team of Oracle Retail specialists. He /She will be responsible for their training and development, team career planning and their movement on knowledge path.

- The incumbent will be required to support and provide guidance to multiple delivery units. The incumbent will also be involved in the review and estimation for complex projects.

- The incumbent will be responsible to proactively analyze technology, industry and markets/trends.

- The incumbent will consolidate reusable repository, contribute to tool development and define and review technology process in area of Oracle retail. He /She will also publish white papers to be used by project teams or reference.

- The incumbent needs to plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization.

- Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization. Develop and implement long term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.

- He / She needs to engage clients at CXO level to highlight business and value propositions in a consultative manner. Represent Oracle Retail practice in client visits. Present practice capabilities, solution offerings and lead proposal defense. He /She will also work on RFPs for client as and when required.

- Candidate needs to work closely with sales team to identify & track new opportunities to closure. Educate sales team on Oracle Retail capabilities, solution offerings and opportunities to look for to make inroads into new accounts or mine existing accounts.

- The candidate is expected to develop GTM solutions to tackle widely known Retail Industry problems & enhance Oracle Retail Capability of organization.
