Architect/Engineering Manager/VP/Director - Online/Internet

Job description:

We are looking for strong technically hands-on /Technical Architect/Director/ VP of Engineering. The incumbent would be:

- Responsible for leading and managing software engineering and product development team

- Responsible for leading the resource loading, goal setting and measurement.

- Establish a collaborative environment with other local and international engineering teams.

- Support cross-team engineering initiatives

- Manage the overall software development process and team mentoring to routinely ship quality software-releases on schedule.

- Responsible for technical and management review of projects

The incumbent will be in driving seat for innovation and delivery in various exciting tech opportunities. Specifically, we are significantly increasing our tech-investments into Big-data Analytics and Data-Science:

- Mobile

- Cloud computing

- International growth and inorganic expansion
