Architect/Director - Engineering - Internet/Online - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are looking for strong technically hands-on Architect / Director of Engineering.

The incumbent would be :

- Responsible for leading and managing software engineering and product development team

- Responsible for leading the resource loading, goal setting and measurement.

- Establish a collaborative environment with other local and international engineering teams.

- Support cross-team engineering initiatives

- Manage the overall software development process and team mentoring to routinely ship quality software-releases on schedule.

- Responsible for technical and management review of projects

- The incumbent will be in driving seat for innovation and delivery in various exciting tech opportunities.
