ARCHER's core offering is post-settlement Healthcare Lien Resolution Administration and QSF (Qualified Settlement Fund) Administration and payments processing for multi-claimant (mass tort and class action) litigation. Other services include claims administration, single event lien resolution, probate and bankruptcy coordination, release administration, medical records review, and plaintiff fact sheet and other intake/census preparation and management. ARCHER enables law firms to focus on their litigation while ensuring that critical pre-settlement and post-settlement administration documents, services, business analytics and reporting are handled efficiently and effectively.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager - Process Excellence (Master Black Belt) role is specifically designed to facilitate significant quality, process, and performance improvement activities, using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Master Black Belts are deployed throughout the organization to execute process improvement projects that drive breakthrough improvement in automation, improved quality, and customer satisfaction.

Additional duties include leading, coaching, and mentoring Black & Green Belts, sponsors, and champions in the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology. Serve as an expert resource to the organization on Six Sigma philosophy, theory, and application of tools and tactics by partnering with the US stakeholders and leadership team to execute corporate strategic initiatives. The goal is to reduce operational inefficiencies, Improve overall performance, productivity, and quality.

Job Descrition:

- Lead a team/project with limited help.

- Work with sponsors, process owners, SMEs, and other stakeholders to define the goal for improvement, the defects to be eliminated or improved, the team members and the metrics.

- Design and implement a pilot for improvement strategies.

- Develop and implement a plan for essential data collection, analysis and prepare metrics of findings for sponsors and process owners.

- Coach and mentor Black & Green Belts team members and monitor projects throughout the entire process, ensuring timely and successful completion.

- Design a control plan, including a tracking tool and dashboard reporting tool to measure project performance and timeline.

- Monitors projects for dependencies and conflicts; facilitates resolution of scope, schedule and resource conflicts.

- Provide regular project updates and present data to the Sponsor and/or Executive Leadership & Board.

- Develop strong working relationships with management, project team and other stakeholders. Build trust and create a clear communication channel to communicate findings and action items.

- Ensure team members are creating knowledge-based documents and documenting processes.

- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.

- Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree required, Masters/MBA preferred.

- Master Black Belt certification required, external certification from an approved training program preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

- Dynamic leader with 5+ years' experience with change management, project management, continuous performance improvement and/or data analysis, preferably in service industry.

- Demonstrated desire to learn new skills and drive changes in a positive spirit of cooperation and collaboration.

- Solid skills in data collection, aptitude for math and statistical concepts (formal class work in basic statistics preferred). Proficiency in statistical software preferred (e.g. Minitab, SPSS).

- Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. Power Point, Excel, Access, Word).

- Attention to detail, including listening skills. Demonstrated formal/informal leadership skills with track record of results driven attitude through project management.

- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written and ability to interact with and present to C-level executives and board members.

- Strong proven business acumen with problem solving analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

- Holds a valid US B1/B2 Visa and is willing to travel onsite for few months periodically
