Aranca - Specialist - Portfolio Analytics - Investment Research

Experience: 0 to 2years

Responsibilities:

- Fund performance analysis/portfolio analytics (absolute, relative returns calculations)

- Portfolio attribution and contribution analysis; residual analysis

- Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) performance analysis

- Data management for public market data capture/collation and review

- Coordination with middle office for fund data cleanup

- Knowledge of global market trends (equity, bonds, commodities, currencies, alternatives)

- Used global benchmarks like MSCI indices to extract subset of data

- Create proprietary benchmark indices using combination of publicly available benchmarks

Skills:

- Knowledge of Excel, VBA

- Coding languages - Python

- Excellent communication skills

- Self Starter and Highly motivated
