Arahas Technologies - AGM/DGM - Business Development

1. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and market share growth objectives.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stake holders.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships and joints bids.

4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that support business development goals.

5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trend, opportunities and threats that may impact the business.

6. Execution of business plan and its quarterly monitoring for all segments such as Govt, PSU, Institutions and Private Customer.

7. Customer Understanding, experience in bidding and winning large deals in Government / Private vertical.

8. Monitor and analyze market and competitors activity to inform business development strategies and tactics.

9. Manage the business development team including hiring, training and performance management.

10. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's solution, services and industry trends.

11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposal, pricing and contracts.

12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences and other networking opportunities.

13. Active engagement and its success by proactive approach with customer.

14. Consultation and coordination with senior management to align the business goal objectives.
