Qualification - should be professionally qualified, preferably Chartered Accountant/ MBA Experience - 10-15 Years of experience, preferably from FMCG Sector/ Footwear Sector, Mid-Large organization, who could be a co-pilot in Transformation drive. - Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data. - Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. - Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. - Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. - Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. - Developing and Standardizing Management Dash Board, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Business/ Financial MIS (Including P&amp;L, Key Financial Indicators, Balance Sheet presentation etc.,) - Developing MIS for Private Equity Partner/ Investors and ensuring timely flow of information while maintaining confidentiality for financial/business information. - Maintains Key database, should study market and competitor's financial performance to draw comparison vis - a-vis Company's business/ financial performance on quarterly basis, half yearly and annual basis. - Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials. - Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements. - Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Should be able to do Financial evaluation of investment proposals for Capex, Investment proposals with Strategic Business Partners and overall cost benefit analysis on business/investment proposals.
