- Driving change strategy by assessing organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Drive mobilization effort on transformation initiatives adding speed and accuracy working collaboratively with Senior Leadership Team, Functional Heads for driving financial and operational results
- Assess the change impact by conducting an impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Act as point of contact across different functions/ departments and relevant third parties and manage overall project activities, plan, schedule associated with deliverables.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Documenting change impacts, current process mapping, and changes to processes
- Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Strong project management experience to coordinate efforts across multiple teams as per planned timelines with attention to detail also Consult and coach project teams
- Creating and maintaining appropriate content channels and tools including newsletters, emails, FAQ pages, online content, and others as appropriate for impacted users- engagement and enablement
- Ensuring that stakeholders are aware of new solutions, updates, changes, and projects across impacted teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
Desired Skills:
- An aptitude for embracing technology to partner on digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant change initiatives from project start to finish
- Ability to lead, guide and coach project team members across multiple streams
- Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change, communication and training need
- Ability to interpret financial statements and P&L
