Requirements for Business Analyst: CANDIDATE PROFILE:&nbsp; Qualifications: Business Management Post Graduate, preferably in Finance specialization (MBA or equivalent) or post-graduate from Statistics background or any post graduate with relevant experience in implementing risk management solutions or risk consulting Essential Skills::&nbsp; - IFRS 9.Basel knowledge and implementation experience - Experience of implementing risk management solutions - Good understanding of software systems - Project management and liaison skills Good to Have: - Prior experience in BFSI organizations - Knowledge of Credit risk &amp; Market risk domains - Knowledge of Basel &amp; IFRS guidelines Experience: At-least 2-5 years of work experience as a Techno- Functional Consultant handling IFRS or BASEL implementations.
