Leading training and assessment company based out of Gurgaon. The products (which are available on online platform) - focuses on mapping skills vs desired job opening(s).
- The incumbent will be involved in setting up a team for end-to-end B2B sales process for the international market (US, Europe, UAE).
- While in the initial stage, he/she would be responsible for the entire process, starting from market research, prospecting, establishing contact, pitching product through video conferencing, negotiating and closing the sale.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Perform market research and segmentation through primary and secondary sources.
- Generate leads, active selling and closure of accounts.
- Actively sell company’s product and services to international clients.
- Provide clients with the product and service information
- Make the clients interested in the product by explaining the product’s benefits
- Build long term relationship with the client.
- Build an inside sales team and guide the team members to meet their individual sales targets.
Desired Profile:
- 3-6 years experience in International Sales
- B.Tech/MBA from premier Institutions
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
