Talent Acquisition Specialist
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit potential candidates through online channels including social media platforms and professional networks
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Skills:
- Previous experience (1-5 years) seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
