Contracts Manager

JD :

- Maintain the templates of the Software Development Agreements (variations for each region). Alter / add / improve where applicable.

- Respond to Client queries related to contracts (autonomously)

- Respond to Client legal representative queries related to contracts (autonomously)

- Negotiate, process and communicate positions with stakeholders (Sales Manager, Sales Staff Member(s), Client, Client Legal Rep)

- Ensure contract executed by all parties and initiate project kick-off

- Manage variations and change request during development of Apps

- Manage project closure, by ensuring Release Agreement is executed

- Issuing Warranty statement upon project completion

- Gatekeeping warranty work requests
