An Entrepreneurial opportunity with Real Estate Company based out of Noida. The founding team of the company consists of serial entrepreneurs who are IIT/IIM alumni with 10 years of experience each in ecommerce, telecom and software product companies.
Experience: 10-20 Years in Real Estate Sales in Noida Residential (Primary) market.
Major Responsibilities:
- Establish a brokerage from scratch, setting up processes and hiring the initial sales team.
- Setting up sales flow, on boarding developers, setting up financial and legal teams and processes
- Achieve revenue targets through Sale of residential units to customers
- Business Development activities and formalization of sales strategies for sourcing of new projects
Must haves:
- The candidate should be from a real estate background in Noida micro market
- Should have managed a team of atleast 50 real estate agents in the primary market.
- Real estate domain expertise.
- Hands on executor, someone who can lead the team with example.
- Should bring in strong customer focus in the real estate space.
- Should have risk taking ability.
Whats on offer:
- The person will be part of the core team of the company.
- Reporting of the position is to the CEO.
- Limited cash salary. This position will involve taking a salary cut.
- Decent equity will be shared with the candidate.
- This is a partnership level position.
