AppLions - Chief Marketing Officer

AppLions, an angel funded start up that is a technology platform for consumer durables / electronics industry which connects consumer, sellers, service agencies and manufacturers to enable reach, trade and research. It is going to change the way people manage warranties, AMCs and services of the consumer durables / electronics at their home or office.

We are looking for a motivated visionary and great leader to lead the marketing and business development function.

As a Chief Marketing Officer, following will be your job responsibilities:

- Create strategic packaging of the solution for each stakeholder of the industry

- Pitch to potential stakeholders such as sellers, service agencies, manufacturers of the consumer durables and build strategic alliance with them to bring them on AppLions platform

- Manage relationship with all the stakeholders

- Strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand / product marketing and promotional programs to enhance the user base

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and devising strategies to get users to download the app

- Develop and execute strategies to keep users engaged with an app

Key Skills

- 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development preferably from the consumer durables / electronics industry

- Must possess a unique blend of brand vision, analytical expertise, excellence with the written word, and the confidence to lead a highly talented, collaborative team.

- Applicants from Top-Tier MBA institutes will be preferred

- Should have experience across functionalities such as strategy, reporting & analytics, product development and product management to turn data collected during market research into tangible product improvements

- Must possess strong oral communications skills and be a great presenter

- Should be enterprising and open to participate in risk and growth of the company
