JOB DESCRIPTION:

Associate will be responsible for Heading the Applications Development and Integration Service which primarily includes:

1) Building the solutions/Frameworks that will delivers the key outcomes in terms cost, quality and Time to Market.

2) Responsible to Drive automation aspects of ADI Service life cycle

3) Own and win Proposals in the area of the ADI service

4) Leading the customer interactions through impactful Presentations

5) Excellent written and communication Skills

6) P&L Responsibility

7) Excellent in Practice Management

Person Specification:

- Strong Technical solutions expertise in J2EE, Microsoft Technologies

- Strong Solution architecture and solution Design skills

- Minimum of 5 Years Presales Experience in Custom Applications development Space

- 10+ Application development experience in Managing Large scale Projects

- Should have handled the total revenue atleast $ 25 Million

- Proven P&L Experience
