Application Systems Head - Oracle Financial Functional Consultant - Industrial Sector

This role will provide strong support services and provide hands-on technical and functional consulting services, advice, and support to the project team. Assist in the transition activities associated with supporting a transition from AX-PMS to the EBS.

- Financial modules functional support

- System cutover and post-implementation function support

- Coordinating among the cross functional teams for all the following task activities to ensure alignment and agreement

- Managing and updating changes

- Provide Functional and Technical Specification support along with configuration management of above with the team

- Develop, review and approve the various Test cases and activities associated with EBS development efforts

- Develop and attain approval of business process documentation related to the ERP implementation of system and processes

- Detailed process flow diagrams / models

- Sequential and integrated work streams

- Internal Controls/Business rules/Data mapping

- Owner/organizational alignment

- Functional responsibilities Includes: requirements gathering, functional gap analysis, application design, configuration, module setup, test script generation, writing training guides, training end users, and production support

- Requirement gathering and analysis

- Gathered business requirements and defined business processes, participated in setups, and test scenarios for Oracle odules

- Functional and Technical Specification configuration management

- Test case and scenario: develop, review, and gain customer acceptance

- Business process documentation

- Migration and cutover planning

- Worked with Users to support the new process and system migration to ensure a seamless transition

- Proven experience and success in communicating and building relationships to coordinate between the functional users and the implement team across all components of ERP

Experience

- 5+ years' experience in Oracle Financial Functional Consultant in supporting large "ERP" financial management support in "ERP" applications, specifically EBS R12

- Expertise in the Methodology, Documentation, Configuration of Applications, Testing, End-User Training and Supporting for Oracle R12 modules

- Should have experience working with Different Functional & Technical teams to support existing systems and implement new systems, processes and procedures. Research, evaluate and establish business processes associated with ERP.
