MBA/B.E with 7-10 years of experience in Telco/VAS/Application provider companies.
- The Operations Manager will drive project management for all campaigns, supporting our client service managers (mainly FMCG)
- Creating solutions to meet client business needs: (eg. Coding solutions for packaging at local production facilities, customer care setup support, and technical platform solutions), Day to day management of operations, interface with Telco operators on operations.
- Additionally the role include building relationships with with Telcos and Integrators. It will be essential to the role, the management of a working relationship with both the Telco Operators, and the key integrators and aggregators.
This is a hands-on role that requires both an innovative solutions approach.
Key skills include:
- Disciplined project management, Technical understanding of mobile solutions and a natural aptitude for technology, should have managed VAS & Apps vertical, digital roadmap, Product development & roll-out: should have developed products for operators.
- Understanding of MVAS (Voice/SMS/WAP/USSD & Data), Mobile Internet, Mobile Applications, Content, Campaign management etc.
