Application Engineer - Chemcials/Petrochemicals

Role Purpose :

The primary objective of this position is to provide field technical support to the sales organization and additionally responsible for Sales and Business management for entire range of AFR solutions requiring pre-sales technical discussion and post-sales support.

Experience Required (MUST HAVEs) :

- 5 years of experience in tech support for AFR solutions

- Knowledge in Flow chemistry

- Open to extensive travel for 10 days if the incumbent is based out of Hyderabad else it could be more

- Customer facing role; someone who can work extensively with distributors with 100% hands on experience

- Pharma / Chemical Eng. background

Other points :

- Good communication and articulation skills to deal with customers based out of France

- Incumbent should be able to do his own site management

- Ability to solve complex technical issues

- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
