(Applexus Rotational Leadership Development Program)

You will work closely with stakeholders including the sales team, the practice leads, subject matter experts and the marketing team to assemble the winning proposal/response.

You will be playing a key role that has a direct impact on the sales pipeline. Your primary area of focus will be to project manage the whole process of producing responses for our active sales pursuits. You will be coming up with persuasive proposals that highlight the unique value propositions of our Service offerings to improve our win rate. In this role you will get the full flavour of Applexus' Service and product offerings and will be responsible for developing competency decks and statement of qualifications

Applexus Rotational Leadership Development Program

This position is part of the Rotational Leadership Development Program at Applexus. It is a structured program that aims to give the candidate hands-on experience and ongoing mentorship across a range of business areas within Applexus based on the need and the capabilities demonstrated by the candidate. The other business functions you will be working with include product management, business development, process consulting and strategy.


The aim of the program is to develop the candidate into a business leader with a sound understanding of the various functions. Throughout the program, the selected individual will be working with the Executive Leadership of Applexus on key strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- MBA graduates from premier business schools - Freshers or with 1-2 years' of solutioning experience with a strong flair for technology (ERP/SAP experience desirable)

Skills & Competencies :

- Outstanding communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and planning skills.

- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

- Ability to collaborate and work closely with executive leadership team

- Outstanding written communication and story-telling skills

- Strong understanding of technology

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, business owners, and senior business leaders.

- Ability to team with and influence people at all levels across functions.

- Excellent presentation and client facing skills.

- Strong leadership skills to lead by influence and not authority.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Job Responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for managing the end-to-end response process for all sales pursuits right from kick-off to final submission.

- Co-ordinating with the sales team, practice leads, subject matter experts and the marketing team to weave in professional and appealing storylines into the proposals

- Review/Edit proposals or responses incorporating feedback from all stakeholders

- Delivering high quality proposals within the stipulated timeline

- Gaining a deep understanding of all our Service and product offerings and the work we've done at our clients' end.

- Working with the marketing team to ensure appealing and relevant collaterals are being utilized in the submissions.

- Understand, establish and improve the overall efficiency of the response process.

- Bringing in innovative approaches to the pursuits and executing on it.

Compensation :

Compensation will be competitive, and based on the specific candidate. The candidate will also be eligible for ESOPs

Location: Trivandrum/ Chennai

Start: Immediate to 20 days
