Appitsimple in a fast growing organisation which run two product - CallHippo and SoftwareSuggest. The total team is 80 members now, looking to go to 150 by the end of 2019.

Responsibilities :

- Develop strategic marketing plans for all marketing initiatives, programs, and tests

- Drive initiatives that contribute to our high growth goals, including lead generation content, events, webinars, social media, PR, branding, and more.

- Lead our product marketing strategy & implementation.

- Evaluate and experiment with different demand generation channels to find the most cost-effective and scalable ways for high-quality customer acquisition.

- Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results.

- As a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO, you must collaborate with the exec team to lead the company's overall marketing strategy while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications :

- You have experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS with deep expertise in demand generation or product marketing and an ability to lead programs that span across multiple marketing functions.

- Prior experience executing a short and long-term go-to-market strategy at a high-growth company

- Experience working in start-up environments - you must be adept at working in a fast- paced environment and have shown yourself to be adaptive and flexible.

- Experience working closely with sales leadership - you must have an understanding of the connection between demand generation and revenue growth In a recurring revenue business.

- Exceptional analytical skills, i.e. the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights.

- Hands-on marketing experience - you must desire to jump in and get your hands dirty.
