Onus to do:

1. Researching the product, understanding its functionality, market potential, uses and benefits in order to convey the same to the end users.

2. Identify potential brands or business partners in order to form alliances for offers or couponing.

3. Develop coupon strategy, stimulate interest, generating new business prospects by identifying best distribution channels in FMCG segment.

4. Identify potential market and acquire innovative ways to acquire and implement couponing across different business verticals through proper strategic approach.

5. Building relationship with the retailers, creating long term value for organisation, consumers and retailers.

6. Managing pitches by advising and discussing on objective, promotions, and offers.

7. Proactively identify market competition, sales prospects, conducting business development activities in the assigned area keeping abreast with the market trends.

8. Open, update and maintain retailers or customer's accounts database with the information collected and take proper follow-up.

What it takes:

1. Good communication and negotiation skills with eye for details and strong problem resolving approach, providing appropriate coupon solutions ensuring satisfaction.

2. Creative and strategic thinking ability to convert the lead into business prospects.

3. Preferably 2+ years of experience in key accounts management with FMCG or Ad Sales

4. Experience into coupons preferably into Retail, FMCG, Electronics or Mobile industry shall be an added advantage.

MBA with 1+ year experience into Business development role with fluency in languages mainly English Hindi and Marathi.
