The MVR team is looking for a Program Manager that helps the both the RVR (Retail Vendor Recruitment) and the VSP (Vendor Success Program) teams to set up processes and scale up its' operations at Appario. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Program Manager with a penchant for setting up and implementing technology to ease processes. The program manager would work closely with global best practices and transition these best practices into implementation across the MVR team. The key responsibilities of this candidate include: 1. Explore the relevant MVR core processes globally and work with the relevant product managers to help transition these processes into the VSP and RVR team at Appario. 2. To build workflows for the implementation of these processes and to be responsible for their speed of adoption and execution among the VSP/RVR teams. 3. To define and execute India first processes on areas such as account management services, vendor webinars and education that help drive closer vendor engagement. 4. Manage the lifecycle of complex automation initiatives. Unblock the team and increase speed of delivery in line with the product roadmap by negotiating resources and priorities. Makes trade-offs between short-term needs vs. long-term needs to meet business objectives. 5. To be the voice of the MVR program as necessary across internal teams at Appario to drive understanding and adoption on functional levers such as profitability, selection and availability. 6. To work closely with legal and supply chain (as necessary) in ensuring the right frameworks are set in place while keeping in mind ease of execution and maintaining a high bar of vendor (customer) experience. 7. Drives detailed discussions and high-level alignment. Is clear and concise in verbal and written communication (e.g., functional requirements, design specifications, project/program requirements and roadmap. The ideal candidate would have the following demonstrated competencies and background: 1. MBA from a Premier Tier 1 B school. 2. 4-5 years in program or product management role out of which at least 1 year should have been around building customer/supplier facing programs.
