Main Responsibilities / Job Summary :  - Define and Refine IT Security Policies and procedures in line with the external environment  - Continuous Governance of Security Adherence in the Organization by audits and assessment either internally or through external agencies.  - Should be responsible for implementation of IT Security solutions to counter the increasing threats in cyber security including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.  - Should define process for preventing data leakage and implement solutions to ensure the organization data is secured from unauthorized access.  - Certification in Information Security and adherence to certification requirements  - Should put preventing corrective actions in plane against any cyber-attacks and malware attacks at network gateway level and applications level.  - Budget preparation for IT Security and control the expenses well within the budget  KPIs :   - Maintain Information Security & compliance for Apollo Tyres Ltd. and its subsidiaries.   - Compliance with ISO 27001, IT Act and GDPR.  - Ensure compliance to external and internal audits  - Zero High and medium vulnerabilities (under VA/PT Scan) in the entire landscape of Apollo Tyres  - Should ensure DRP and BCP of the organization IT systems in place and mock-drills are conducted.  Knowledge (Technical / Functional) :   - Good knowledge in all the clauses and controls for various IT security norms.  - Should have good understanding on requirements of ISO / IT Act / GDPR compliance  Skills :   - Excellent knowledge of Information Security aspects and control at OS level, Application Level and Network level.  - Ability to drive change in the organisation in implementing the Security tools and solutions.   - Should be able to drive Security services either internally or managed security services  Qualifications :   - Four-year university degree or college diploma required, preferably in the field of computer science or other related academic fields  - Certified information security auditor  Experience :   - 15 years of overall IT experience with 10 years of experience in Information Security aspects in a multinational organisation.  - Experience in obtaining security certifications through certification body
