Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:   1) Analyzes data to develop insights for supply and demand activities and drive value for the organization  2) Liaison with internal departments and functions in the company and its subsidaries and design and develop data that will be used for analysis and reports.  3) Monitoring and Interpreting Process KPIs along with support of ad-hoc complex analysis.  4) Ability to think logically and connect data sources to generate different reports to provide business insights  5) Identify new process improvement opportunities with aid of primary and secondary data sources.  6) Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.  Basic Qualifications:  - 1 to 5 years of experience in Analytics.  - High degree of software skills especially in Data Warehousing, Database management, Excel and R aided with advance statistical knowledge. Working Knowledge of ERP is a plus.  - Strong communication skills with proven presentation and project management skills.  - Should have attention to detail and have ability to think outside of the box.  - Capable of handling pressure and multi-tasking.  - Should be willing to Travel.
