JOB DESCRIPTION:

A consummate Techno- Management specialist, with experience in Technology, Online, Marketplace industries or start-ups, with a keen interest in New Product Development, Innovation, and creating consumer compelling solutions.

- Industry study & analysis, monitoring trends and new developments in healthcare, insurance and other allied industries to create a picture of industry landscape, product gaps, and market opportunities. Competition study and detailed comparison of customer experience.

- Keeper of consumer understanding: Develop consumer understanding, consumer experience & need-gaps. Initiates and & Conducts relevant consumer research to develop the same.

- Keen follower of technological developments across industries and markets. Has the bent of mind to understand evolving technology platforms, and drive their adoption to enable compelling consumer solutions. Has worked on enabling technology lead solutions in service/ online industry.

- Create and sustain idea generation platform within the organization to create an idea bank to collect, process and consume internal and market ideas and feedback.

- Experienced in driving innovation in new products and services in technology lead companies.

- Create an innovation pipeline to continuously churn new products, benefits and improvements in existing products.

- Manage the Innovation incubation process to develop new ideas from concept to deployment ready stage, while incorporating inputs as well as understanding limitations from all stakeholders.

- Push the capability of envelope of all stakeholders of product development process based on logic and consumer need. Create a vision of capabilities that need to be developed across functions to deliver the product and services in the Long Range product plan.

- Develop and embed a collaborative culture of innovation and continuous improvement, making sure people working contributing to Innovation are recognized for their ideas, and are able to contribute in structured platforms created for the same.

- Creating sound business cases working with all stakeholders, and also responsible for the management and tracking new products through the development pipeline.
