Designation:- Chief Manager/ Assistant V.P.- Digital Marketing

Location:- Gurgaon

Primary Role Description:-

- Ownership of monthly targets for online revenue including new acquisition & renewal

- Digital customer custodian with end to end ownership of flows, conversions, target segments, ORM etc.

- Expertise in handling marketing automation, analytics packages and advertising tech (Adobe, Double Click etc.)

- Responsible for handling digital assets and defining roadmap for these assets of the company, including the corporate website, social pages and other digital communication platforms.

- Proficient in SEM and understanding of SEO incl. strategic management of the media spends for digital media and engagement

- Strategic planning and management of social media channels and emerging online media

- MIS, compliance and digital corporate planning initiatives

- Project management and planning of Project deliveries

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Customer acquisition head for new business and renewal

- Digital owner, strategist and visionary

- Expert in martech and adtech

- Digital/social marketing expert, understanding content development & collaboration

- Creation and envisioning new digital platforms and integrating partners

- Analytical and Problem solving skills

- Basic understanding of digital and website technologies

- Handling and motivating the digital team

- Vendor Management

Key Requirements - Education & Certificates:-

- MBA from top institutes (Preferably an IT Grad but not a mandate)

- Excellent verbal and written Skills

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills:-

- Should have 8+ years of experience in handling digital engagement in reputed company

- Preferred from E commerce, Finance, Consumer durables.

- Good communication skills, flexible.

- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
