Apollo Hospitals Group - Senior Manager - Analytics - Retail Domain (3-8 yrs)
Candidate will be lead the Pharma Retail Analytics Team and will work closely with the respective stakeholders.
1) Responsible for maintaining Inventory Optimization across PAN INDIA Retail stores along with Distribution Centers by using statistical inventory optimization techniques.
2) Responsible for Inventory Analytics Reports and insights for the Inventory team to bring in process controls along with effective data management.
3) Responsible for Bounce Audit for sample stores across PAN INDIA to understand the current status of loss sales and propose for necessary initiatives to improve the bounce percentage.
4) Responsible for Loyalty Customer Churn Analytics reporting and insight generation for the marketing team to improve the loyalty numbers for the retail stores.
5) Responsible for Margin Analytics and insight generation to bring in the process controls for the team.
6) Responsible for leading the internal analytics team by identifying the knowledge gap and building the capability where ever applicable.
7) Identify new process improvement opportunities with aid of primary and secondary data sources.
8) Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Analytics (Retail Domain).
- High degree of software skills especially in Excel, Database management, R & Python aided with advance statistical knowledge.
- Working Knowledge of ERP is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven presentation and project management skills.
- Should have attention to detail and have ability to think outside of the box.
- Capable of handling pressure and multi-tasking.
Work Days : 6 days (Mon-Sat)
Work Timings : 9 AM to 5.30 PM
